Unpublished policy draft
Terms of service: preparation draft.
This page is a preparation record, not an accepted service agreement. A final version must identify the verified legal operator and match the actual purchase and project process.
No service is purchased through this preview.
Package descriptions help explain the proposed offering. This staging website does not take payments or accept a project agreement. The external Google Calendar booking page lets you reserve a free call; reserving a call does not purchase a service.
The proposed name Tetcu LLC is pending confirmation of formation. It is not presented as an existing legal entity.
What a project agreement needs to cover
- The verified contracting party and the relationship between the proposal, agreement, and website terms.
- The accepted deliverables, exclusions, revision limits, and process for approving changes.
- Client responsibilities for content, approvals, account access, and required software subscriptions.
- Payment milestones, due dates, taxes where applicable, and approved cancellation or refund terms.
- Ownership of accounts, supplied assets, project work, and any third-party materials.
- Handoff, acceptance, support scope, and the end of contributor access.
- Appropriately reviewed liability, dispute, and governing-law terms.
Operating principles for the proposed service
Clients should own their domain, email, payment account, and production tools. TETCU uses delegated access where available and documents the agreed setup. Third-party software costs are separate unless the written proposal says otherwise.
Project schedules depend on the agreed scope, content, approvals, and required access. Package planning estimates are not unconditional delivery promises. The offering does not guarantee leads, revenue, or a particular commercial outcome.
These principles inform the final agreement; they do not replace reviewed and accepted contract terms.
