01 / WHAT DO YOU NEED HELP WITH?

Sound familiar?

Pick the one that sounds most like your week. We’ll show you what we can help with and what we’d need to know first.

My website doesn't bring in enough inquiries.

Give visitors a clear reason to get in touch.

We review your service page, how it works on a phone, and how someone asks for a quote. Then we fix the confusing or missing parts.

To start: Send your website address and, if you know them, your recent visitor and inquiry counts. If hardly anyone visits, changing the contact form alone won't solve that.

I send quotes, then never hear back.

Keep track of the quotes still waiting for an answer.

We set up a quote template, a simple estimate tracker, and a follow-up step so you know who needs a check-in and when.

To start: Think of a few recent quotes that went quiet. Bring examples with customer details removed, and tell us how you normally follow up.

People cancel or don't show up.

Make appointments easier to remember and change.

For businesses that sell appointment time, we set up confirmations, supported reminders, and a clear way for customers to reschedule.

To start: Tell us how many appointments were missed or canceled recently, how much notice you got, and how you remind people now.

I'm tired of chasing payments.

Make unpaid invoices easier to keep on top of.

We help you send invoices promptly, give customers a clear way to pay, and use the reminder options already available in your payment tools.

To start: Tell us how many invoices are overdue, how late they are, and whether customers struggle with the payment process or something else.

I'm still doing paperwork after work.

Start with the job you keep doing twice.

We look at how you collect job details, prepare quotes, and update customer records. Then we simplify one repeated task using the tools you already have.

To start: Pick one task from your last working week. Tell us roughly how long it took and show us the tools involved, without private customer records.

03 / A CLEARER WAY TO WORK

Less to remember.
Fewer loose ends.

An inquiry form, calendar, and customer tracker work better when each has a clear job.

BEFORE / EVERYTHING TO REMEMBER

  • Inquiries buried in texts
  • Scheduling by back-and-forth
  • Payment status hard to find
  • Review requests easy to forget

AFTER / A DEFINED NEXT STEP

  • One recorded inquiry
  • A clear booking path
  • Visible payment status
  • A consistent follow-up process

Illustrative comparison. Your setup depends on the tools and scope you choose.

Demonstration

What happens
after “I’m interested”?

Someone asks for an estimate. Their details go into a tracker. You send the quote, see whether they’ve replied, and give them the right booking or payment link when they’re ready.

This is an example, not a client case study. No performance results are claimed.

07 / OUR WORKING PRINCIPLES

Your business.
Your accounts.

01

You keep ownership.

Your domain, business email, payment processor, and production tools belong to you.

02

Access stays intentional.

Delegated access and multifactor authentication where supported. No passwords in inquiry forms.

03

The handoff is documented.

You know what changed, how it works, and what to do when something needs attention.

08 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Clear answers.
No tech fog.

Still have a question?

Let’s talk it through
What exactly is Tech Ops?

We build simple websites and set up the tools around them: inquiry forms, online booking, payment links, reminders, and customer trackers. We also document the setup and offer scheduled upkeep.

Is TETCU a web-design company?

Websites are part of our work. We also connect the steps around them so inquiries have somewhere useful to go.

Can you work with my existing tools?

Often. We review the tools and their capabilities first, then explain any limitations or extra costs before recommending a change.

Will I own the accounts and systems?

Yes. You should own your domain, email, payment processor, and production tools. We use delegated access where available and document the setup.

What happens during the free call?

We spend 20 minutes discussing your tools and bottlenecks, then identify a practical next step. There is no obligation to buy. It is a discovery call, not a technical security assessment.

How much does a project cost?

The founding-client Tech Foundation is $750 for a defined scope. Workflow Upgrade projects are $1,500–$2,500, and Ops Care is $149–$399 per month after setup. Software subscriptions are separate.

Do you provide emergency or unlimited support?

No. Care plans include scheduled checks and defined work allowances. Response windows and work dates are agreed separately; TETCU does not provide 24/7 emergency support.

Will this guarantee more leads or revenue?

No. We improve the workflow, but demand, conversion, search visibility, and revenue depend on factors beyond the system setup.

LET’S MAKE THE NEXT STEP CLEAR.
